- Soap container: fabricated of chemically resistant polyethylene
- Value: chrome-plated brass body with stainless steel and plastic internal parts
- Filler cap shall be chrome plated die-cast Zinc and be chained to housing
- Soap requirements: pH in range 5.5 to 8.5 and viscosity in range of 50 - 3.5k
