Fire Rated Insulated Access Door - Drywall Flange Mount - Babcock-Davis prioritizes fire safety with 2” insulation plus 3 hour horizontal and 1.5 hour vertical rating. Easily install in ceiling or wall of residential and commercial spaces. Latch and lock options offer controlled access and flush finish.

  • UL listed "B" label for 1-1/2 hour rating (vertical)
  • Warnock-Hersey listed for 3 hour rating (horizontal); 24” x 36” maximum size
  • Door: 20 gauge steel
  • Frame: 16 gauge steel
  • Wall or ceiling installation
  • Models sized 30" x 30" and larger can only be wall mounted.
