Being in the "customer service" business, I recognize excellent customer service when displayed. Harbor City Supply excelled. Very helpful over the phone, courteous, offered me choices of products and recommended substitute choices of products, and follow up with emails was outstanding. My order was confirmed by email, shipping confirmed by email, even delivery date was confirmed via email. And the product was delivered on time. Pricing was better than expected.
