Excellent Product Terrible Delivery
We were extremely satisfied with the product itself. The quality was outstanding. The delivery process could definitely improve. They were delivered on a giant pallet and we were expected to unload them ourselves. Had we known this we would not have sent them to the homeowner’s house and the warehouse instead where we could have used a forklift to unload them.
