The Quick Release Flat Plate is used for joining work surfaces together using a fixed plate and a few easy knobs.  Made from heavy 11 gauge steel, the flat plate ensures that your worksurfaces are joined level and secure.  Simply loosen the hand knobs, slide the table together, tighten the hand knobs, and go to work!
